MONDAY
1. Access the Report Guidelines PowerPoint AND PowerPoint Assignment from the blog
a. Use the PowerPoint to complete the PowerPoint Assignment
b. Type your answers into the PowerPoint Assignment Document (Use red text)
c. Save As – Report Formatting Guidelines
d. **Note** There will be a quiz on Thursday that covers this information
2. Using CareerCruising, Research that career using the Research Organizer (posted to the blog)
3. Find an additional 3 resources to enhance the content of your report
a. Remember your Google Search Tricks
b. Prezi posted on the blog
TUESDAY
4. Begin writing a rough draft of your report (Save As – Career Report Draft)
a. This should follow the correct formatting guidelines
b. Use your notes (PowerPoint on the blog)
5. Finalize your rough draft
a. Coupled with your research needs, THIS SHOULD TAKE THE ENTIRE CLASS PERIOD
WEDNESDAY
6. Turn on Track Changes
a. Review Tab
b. Tracking Group
c. Track Changes Command
d. ** Note** - This will allow a peer to edit your paper AND let you see what he/she suggests that you change. This is a very important step.
7. Save as Career Report Draft, then Save As again as Career Report Draft 1. This will save your document as two separate files.
8. Choose to Accept or Reject the suggested changes
a. Review Tab
b. Changes Group
c. Accept/Reject
9. Edit your document and Save As Career Report Final Draft
