About Micro I

This course is a prerequisite course designed for students to become more competitive and efficient with their use of technology.  It will include the history, terminology, issues and careers involving computers and other technology.  It applies and enhances word processing techniques and skills.  It introduces other applications of technology including educational use of the Internet, various multimedia aspects, and more.  This course will also include Career Development where students will learn to conduct career research and indentify career pathways.
